The SleepRes V-com™ is a flow attenuator placed in between the mask and PAP device, designed to provide comfort for patients acclimating to PAP therapy. V-com™ softens peak inspiratory flow which often overwhelms new CPAP users and provides inspiratory comfort with minimal effect on expiratory positive airway pressure (EPAP).
